UK Standard shipping : 3-5 working days UK Express shipping : 1-2 working days International shipping 5-7 working days (Worldwide) Once your order has been placed you will receive a order confirmation email followed by a tracking number once shipped. Customs charges for international orders will not be covered by Carsicko. Please make sure that all information upon placing an order is correct, we are unable to alter the delivery address under any circumstances.

If you would like to exchange or refund an item you have received contact us via email infocarsicko@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges can only be processed with like for like items. In addition, any items that have been worn, used, washed/ not in its original state and or not in the original packaging with the original contents and tags will not be considered. On some occasions a gift card will be offered as an alternative.

Each drop/item is released twice. 
 Once the second drop has happened the item generally will not release again.
